I practice telling myself that MOST LIKELY things are not going to all crumble down on my head and if they do, life is still good. Still, my paranoid brain keeps telling me otherwise, so I also practice telling it to get a freaking life. :)

I think that the two of us were talking about this recently. I totally agree. I have not been so good at it lately, but I used to ritualize almost everything in my day. More than just a routine, I would try to enjoy my daily tasks for the pure ritual of it. Almost a spiritual thing, you know? It helped me stay on top of things and also to prioritize: the important things would ALWAYS be ritualized. Me thinks I need to get back to it. Thanks for the reminder!

Oh, and, I seriously dig the new site!
